Cost was in-line with other quotes, the job itself was delayed due to Mother Nature. The roof ended up coming out awesome but my 5 star goes to Nancy in the office who handled my needs and questions. Freeman Roofing explained the pros and cons of shingle vs metal roofing as I was switching fr0m metal this time. Their quote was very reasonable. Unfortunately i had a significant amount of damaged plywood planks that had been there for 20 years which caused an increase to the initial quote but that "woodwork" cost was properly disclosed and explained as an additional cost in the original estimate. The job was done professionally with numerous crew members executing their tasks carefully and responsibly. Continuous cleanup during installation too. Post install inspection for wind mitigation occurred as planned as did warranty certificate.

Fantastic work by Freeman Roofing putting up our new roof. Process went super smoothly, on time and at a very reasonable price compared to the other businesses we got quotes from. I liked how their pricing/quote was transparent and itemized so you knew exactly what you are being charged for and could easily make changes as all that was done online. I went with the Premium Atlas Pristine Shingles with a SWR Barrier under it so I would get the grant from MySafeFlHome. Everyone was super easy to work with from the salesman Robert who was not pushy at all (compared to some other businesses I got quotes from) the staff at the office to the crew doing the install who were super nice and also did a great job on the prep work and after cleanup. 100% Recommend!

They made me an apt at no cost for the next day and actually came out the same day. Showed me the damage on camera live while in motion. We agredd the items needed to be repaired. Freeman gave me a very fair price and replaced the damaged areas and fixed the other areas that came loose. They cane out a week later quicker than normal to help my schedule. Robert on the drone and Aubrey and Fariq the regional all showed up. For a job as small as mine they treated me as if I was having an entire re roof. You wont find that with any ordinary roofing company. This is the company you want on your side when you need anything that comes to your roof. Thank you team at Freeman well done.
